Has anybody read this?

Dorohedoro is part of the IKKI online manga magazine that you can find here:

http://www.sigikki.com/series/dorohedoro/index.shtml

It's a light-hearted and extremely gruesome seinen fight comic about a man with a reptile head and a girl who runs a family restaurant, who live in an alternate universe that is frequently visited by magicians who enjoy experimenting on the populace. The girl rides a skateboard and the crocodile-man eats people's heads. Also the art is super-hyper-detailed, and the magic on display is incredibly quirky.

There are only two chapters so far, but the series seems extremely promising and has gotten pretty good reviews. Any thoughts?

(Also Children of the Sea and Bokurano: Ours are apparently pretty good titles too)
Wow... How do I read the page? I have no idea what order anything is going. (This is why I don't bother with manga)

EDIT:
Okay after reading the tutorial on how to read manga, I still have no idea what this is about. This is also why I don't bother with manga.

*flips open Archie Comics*

lol, Jughead likes cheezeburgers!
You go right to left. It is a little hard to figure it out at first, but once you develop manga-reading skills you never lose them. It's a valuable skill to have!

Also if the story is sort of confusing at first, try to roll with it. A lot of manga is really bizzare and Dorohedoro isn't much of an exception. I mean, just look at the magican's shoes at the end of the first chapter! Why are they "shoes of the devil?"

This isn't even considering the fact that the main character sticks magicians into his mouth so that a head trapped inside of his throat can pronounce judgment on them. I know it's really dark and strange, but I guess that's to be expected from a series that the creator describes as "a song with really dark lyrics, but a melody that's so happy that you want to dance to it."

I don't know, maybe I'm overselling this...
