I got sidetracked playing bad korean MMOs and then redressing my girl in Infinity Nikki that posting a piece of art or several in the random art topic ended up being an exercise of several hours when it could have been minutes.

I'm really glad I don't have the hyperfixation for forum posting that I used too. It'd be like I could never get work done.

Ironically, it was a rather despondant member of RMN who is in no hurry to be back here that tipped me off.

The RMN twitter account sure didn't, not that I look at twitter anymore anyway, but I did use it to try and find the url incase it had changed, and yeah- seems they also wisely stopped posting on twitter a while ago.

I was skeptical the sleeping titan would ever wake, but I'm really glad it did. Despite all the... interesting exchanges i've had here, I've got a long-standing love of this place and its more chaotic freeform approach to things. The grossly over-sanitized official forums are just no fun!

Though also I'm banned from those like, fifteen times over, lmao!

I'm also really glad there's so many of the old guard showing up and/or returning. So many familiar faces, I could easily forget the 9 years sabattical I took from the site, seeing as it feels like how it did back then.

I like how chill it is over here too. I lurk on the official to search for scripts and plugins on occasion and it always hurts to see how nearly every thread gets locked, especially the ones that have their question answered.
