Heeeeeey. So, I just found this website called rmarchiv.de , which while of german origin seeks to archive and provide download links to any rmgame. The latest front entry also reads that 'from now on news and announcements will be made in both english and german'. Regardless, that Site's existance is surely not a secret, it is mentioned a few times in a forum topic called "old/lost rpgmaker games", however I could not find mention of it elsewhere and wanted to a) point out that the site exists and b) suggest that we make a list of alternative download-sources.
Soooooooooo, for now, as placeholder and to get it off my chest:

Sadly, rmarchiv is a site consisting almost entirely of trolls and haters who have been banned from all other German forums, and who now run an archive that doesn't take copyright law too seriously.
While it sounds cool at first to have a collection for German and English RM games where you can find almost everything you're looking for, the approach of the people behind this site is to upload games without asking the devs first. This is a topic that always leads to long and controversial discussions in German RPG Maker forums, however, rmarchiv has clearly stated they don't plan to change anything about this. So let's say you find out your game has been uploaded there and you don't agree with it, you have to report it through the site and hope your request isn't ignored.
If someone wants to better understand the attitude of most people using rmarchiv, I highly recommend to google translate what is written in their public shoutbox.
