Dunno, but I could try to run RM3 in an emulator one day and drop my results in screenshot survival. Would that be tight?

I think it would be better if Agetech made it more like online stores and uploading games. like this website.

I mean, there is RPG Maker FES on 3DS, or whatever. Not clue how limited that is, but, it's related in my head.

If memory serves, there is a way to deploy MV games to be playable on moble devices? Not that they engine, itself, can be run on a moble device that I'm aware!
