LOCKER NAVIGATION ON TOP OF FILES IN ADDITION TO UNDERNEATH

For people like myself who clutter the site with too many lockerfiles, it becomes necessary to go through pages and pages of image names or thumbnails to find that perfect reaction image because I'm too special to use my words. This is an acceptable sacrifice.

However, it's a huge pain to have to scroll to the bottom of EVERY PAGE to get to the page navigation. Can we get navigation added to the top as well, so I can more quickly and easily go through the too many things in my stupid locker collection?
