I have an LG Phoenix 4 cell phone.
Anytime I've selected the rpgmaker.net bookmark, my login has been already logged in and ready.For quite some time now, I go to that bookmark and my login is blank. I put in username and password and I get:

"Forbidden(403) CSRF verification failed. Request aborted.
More information is available with DEBUG=True

I use firefox and I have never had this problem before with other cell phones.
Is this a phone problem? It doesn't happen with any other website.

I'm assuming it's an update with Firefox? Also, your phone's service might be with Google. All I can say is try using Chrome.

I can try that alternative. Odd thing is, it's not all the time.

A quick google tells me it is sloppy code somewhere on RMN's end, with regards to Django and python. I would have to troubleshoot...

So, as far as I can tell, it isn't anything on your end that results in the error. it's RMN's fault.
