I HAVE PROBLEMS OPENING THE FILE

So I downloaded the game and this happened:
I tried to open the RPG maker technical demo file and the ¨Game¨ file on the basics folder but as soon as I click on them, a popup window appears saying ¨This application could not be started. Do you want to view information about this issue?¨ When I click on the ¨yes¨ option a new window appears saying ¨It could not open the user profile directory because you don´t have enough privileges. Perhaps you would want to contact the administrator of this machine¨
I don´t know what should I do
