I don't want a ROM or anything, and google didnt find anything aside from forums discussing DQM:Joker.

I LOVE Dragon Quest Monsters!! It's my favorite spinoff of Dragon Quest.
My family calls me the Slime Queen. I kick ass with slimes.
I always use slimes - period. Angel Slimes mostly.

Dragon Quest is like one of my all-time faves, as are the two DQM games I've played (1 and 2). I'd never thought to look for a fangame, myself (and being on Linux, I'd have to install WINE to run it, probably...)
Well, if I find one, I'll be sure to let everyone know, and if I start a project of one (which is unlikely with me being on Linux, and ika still NOT being on Linux), I'll be sure to post it! ^_^
(Also: a fangame dedicated to slimes... like a fangame version of Dragon Quest:Rocket Slime? Actually, that could turn out pretty nicely... if it doesn't copy Rocket Slime, I mean. Good luck! ^_^)

are we talking about sprite requests? if so... check this place out:

That major sprite collection did not include Angel or Devil slimes! It's an outrage, I tell you! ;D No, seriously, I want to make a game of an Angel and a Devil slime getting married at some point, it sounds so CUTE! *squeeeeeee!*
I would make THE fangame to answer Dragon Quest Rocket Slime. No, I'm not kidding, once that action game maker is out in English I am all over that thing like white on rice. Like a lawnmower on grass. Like a pregnant woman on ice cream. YEAH.

Actually, you should check the resources here as I did add quite a few sprites a while ago, just so you know. ^.^
It'd be nice to see more (good) fangames that aren't all Final Fantasy ones.

The only thing is, I would need to have a lot of help in coding - making a relatinship system with multiple endings for starters. I'm sure I can get a very close friend of mine to help spriting...
I could make an RPG like Dragon Quest Monsters: Caravan Heart (the only DQM not to hit stateside, but is personally my favorite), as it would easily be doable in an RMVX fit, I would just have a hard time with the combining system. So it would be an RPG featuring only slimes like Rocket Slime maybe in a country seperate from Slimenia, but an RPG like Caravan Heart in terms of battle.
How do you guys think that sounds? Would you be interested in playing this game?
