Not neccesarily. I tried googling several times for a resource without luck, but when I went to charas, it only took one search.

To further assist with this quote by the wonderful kentona <3 , if you are using the Rpg Maker, with some of them you can use this web site:

Another trick you can use on Google is to limit searches to a website.

Example:
Entering site:rpgmaker.net before your query will only bring up RMN pages.
site:rpgmaker.net/forums is useful if you want to limit the search to the forums.
