Poking around, I saw that some may not have an "Add Review" button for me either!
I saw that these games do have one:

Stop looking at your own game.
This was not the problem.
Games that do not have a main download attached to them cannot be reviewed.
Ah, but this was! I was trying to submit my glowing review of The Mirror Lied (which I HAVE played) to the site but that jerk Reives hasn't submitted the download to the site yet. Now I understand.
That must've been why I couldn't submit my Starless Umbra review, even though it already had one to start with.
So, why do we have that regulation? I suppose it would keep games that aren't available from being reviewed, but why would anyone try to submit a review for a game they couldn't play? And wouldn't the submission system catch such attempts anyway?

Having a main download is basically a status flag for saying "I am playable". It doesn't make sense for games to get reviews that are not playable.

Isn't it possible, though, that a game could have a download on this site without having one set as the main download? Shouldn't the requirement for reviewability be a download on this site, not necessarily a main one?
The chances of that are quite slim, due to a number of reasons. One being that the first download a game has that is approved is automatically set as the main download. Second of all is that admins are able to set a game's main download quite easily if the user manages to fuck up their own profile.
