Can anyone tell me how I get one?

And sig?


... I see no paypal logos anywhere and my account settings don't appear to have
these options...

Click 'Account' on the top right of the screen (near the Logout button), then click View Profile, and then from there click 'Edit'.

Really? Try to click your name in the forum posts/topic, and edit from there. Tell me if that works.
