Okay lets not be personal about things. But have a conversation about things we go to if were in a bad time. For me its obvious, video games. Especially Pokemon Soul Silver the game came out during a moment in my life where everything came down on top of me, a ton of bullshit that I keep behind me and never look back to. (Again no personal things here, unless you want to go personal feel free to) Soul Silver got me through it all. I tell you, if I didn't have soul silver, I probably would have done something stupid to myself... Anyway, have that go to thing in your life. A thing that either helped you through a bad moment or even possibly saved your life?

My cat.
Dreaming, I guess? When something really bad happens, I resign and go to sleep, escape to sanctuary, and hope that things will no longer be as bad when I wake up.
Uh... I could say many things. Many many things.
I could say SMT games, or Gintama, or a friend in WoW, or music, or friendly teachers. It was all more periods, rather than moments, and with periods I mean years so ..
When I lost some of these contacts and little highlights things got a lot worse, so I appreciate them all.
More recently a by now great friend ^.^ Haha, I honestly wouldn't know what I would've done without him. Things would have been a lot harder.
Edit: Oh.. I read it for more in the past. If it's physically bad days - video games.
If it's otherwise bad days - meditation #1 tool.

Music and gam mak for me (it keeps me busy everyday). I used to be a lot more depressed before. During that time, I found that hanging out with friends and family (and cats) helped me out a big deal. It helped to get out of the rut. As long as I just keep myself as busy as I do, things shouldn't turn out that hard, I suppose.
I usually find myself coming back to New Age-ish music, particularly Enigma, anytime I need to focus or relax; nothing too serious... As for videogames: DOOM. Just crank the volume up and enjoy the rocking tunes. Seriously, every sound effect, every sprite, every everything in that game is perfection. It may sound weird, but to me it's almost therapeutic.
