While I doubt the accuracy of this review I think that it could indicate reactions will be quite interesting.

Guess Sonic is turning into a RPG now. Wow never thought Sega would actually come back with Sonic.

heh, who knows? Bioware may be known as the company that saved Sonic. I'm loking forward to when I can try this out.

I don't trust reviews anymore, honestly; game critics these days... I don't know, maybe it's because of how big gaming has gotten; but I haven't been able to trust a review in a good long time.

I'll still give this game a try; at the very least it'll be good for a laugh; as it looks like some crappy fan game.

I don't know man I think that a lot of game critics do generally "get it", especially at the big sites. I have my problems with the style of professional game reviewing that is popular but usually if a game is well-regarded it is probably pretty good!

I am really surprised by the reviews for this. I was 100% sure it would be terrible. I am unsure whether I'll ever get it, but after the good reviews it is definitely on my "maybe buy someday if I see it on sale" list.

The important point is that the scores game critics give games are more or less useless. If you actually read the reviews, they tend to be a lot more useful....but then again, it really depends on how well that critic's tastes match yours. since no matter how objective they try to come off as, your mileage with any game is going to vary.
