Well my newest game is about relationship development.
It's still a demo right now. I suggest playing the easy mode since the normal mode is pretty tough. I'm probably going to modify that in the future.

I don't know if Remnants of Isolation counts but I think it should. The relationship between the main characters is really heart warming.

I suppose you could try Cherry Blossoms? Though, I personally found it kinda "meh". You'd probably be better off with the aforementioned Heartache 101 - Sour Into Sweet. Though, saying that, I'm quite biased toward Heartache, so, take that to mean what you will.

I haven't played it, but, it seems likely that Inertia Chronicle is a game you might want to look into.

I'll highly second the sentiments made for Remnants of Isolation and Luxaren Allure!
