This game is a guilty pleasure of mine. It's a Korean MMO that combines RPG elements with brawlers, which is a pretty sweet combination. Basically you bash stuff up, get gear, and bash new stuff up.

Anybody else play this? Anyone interested in it?
I played the demo on xbox360. I love beat em ups and rpgs of course, so I did enjoy this game. I'd play if I didn't already have an obsession with smash bros and there's a new ffxiv expansion coming out soon.

Man, I forgot about that demo. Here's a little history about that:

DFO is a pretty big game in Korea. When it was originally ported to America, Nexon America was in charge of handling it, and they mismanaged it quite a bit (mostly by just not advertising it post-beta). One of the things the missteps they made was that xbox 360 game; they felt that DFO not being in HD made it tough to market to Americans (for some reason), so they dumped a lot of resources into the 360 game. The problem, though, is they watered down the gameplay a LOT. It didn't look terrible, but it was essentially a different game with less interesting combat, progression, gear, and barely any content.

The actual developers (Neople) are hosting the current version of DFO, and their decisions have generally been a lot smarter.

I remember trying this. I spent more time with Vindictus, which is kinda similar in some aspects in Source engine.
