[RM2K] MESSAGE SPEED?

I have been trying to leave the message box opened for a few seconds of my choice then let it close by it's self by using the above code. But for the life of me I just can't seem to get the right key that I need. I used the " \^ " which opens and closes the box fast but to fast for me. I have tried all different keys starting with what you can see above and in different position in the box so could someone please tell me what am I missing thank you.
