I think the font is just too hard on the eyes. I like the background to it, but it does need to be smaller.
Also, the colours on the site don't match up with the banner at all, so I would change those.

I like it! But as Little Wing Guy has said, it would be (in my eyes) better if it were to experience a reduction in size. At present it just seems...overly big. Just too big.
And I don't know what it is--wether it be the font, the color of the background, or the color of the words--I just ffnd it hard to read. Maybe if the font/words were darker? As in the inside, not the border/outline. As the inside it's self if fairly light in color, it would seem fitting to have the font a bit darker to make it easier to distinguish.
Other than that, I like it! But I already said that before, so there's no use in saying it again! (And I did. And I typed it...so that makes it all the more strange. =O)

Looks like the quality of the anime pictures inside the letters is kind of low. I think everyone else covered the other stuff.
