[RM2K] CHARASETS NEEDED PLEASE

I have Googled images and looked in the resources section but I am having trouble trying to find what I need.
As you can see the three sets are "Water people - Undead (people kind) - Dogs" all are a basic 24x32 size for my RM2K.
Can anyone please let me know if they know of any floating around I would be much appreciated.
I hope it's not wrong of me to ask this as well but is there a way of reducing the size of an RMXP char to RM2K for a smooth transition.
