As for your other question, you see that black bar at the top that has your name, mailbox, notices, submissions? Move your mouse over submissions and a drop down menu that says submit game, article, tutorial, scripts, etc just click the one you want to submit. Check the rules that apply to each one though as to know what you must and must not do.
You can also just post on the forums, on game pages or play peoples creations & telling them what you thought of your experience.

If you're talking RMW, ReStaff is the staff resource packs that come out each month or so. Usually they're bits and bobs of different resource types - music, graphics, etc.
RMN doesn't have a ReStaff... just staff, but we do have a resource section where you may add up your resources. They have to be original or heavy edits of RTP.
Any other contributions will depend on what you're submitting.

I see, thanks for the information! Im wondering about Restaff cuz someone said to me that i should work with Restaff for awhile to get some experience...but now idk ._."
I work with them myself on occasion. It's good experience, but they tend to take those who have been pretty active in the community or have released some really great resources in the past.

Ohhhh, seems i have to start releasing some stuff first before getting work with them eh.....
ReStaff is an underground movement to get all the RMN staff replaced by monkeys.
