RMN going slow is basically like telling us to all go back to work on our games and leave it in peace for more than five minutes while it gets in a quick catnap.
Yeah, it was a little slow for a while there when I tried to go on a bit earlier, but it seems fine now.

It was also very slow in the webmin console, which means that it wasn't RMN's code (yay) but also means that the slowness was beyond my control (boo). It had to have been the server or the network.

I'd really like to get rid of LockeZ. His play style is way too unpredictable. He's always like this too. If he ran a country, he'd just kill and imprison people at random until crime stopped.

On topic, RMN has always gone decently fast for me, even when I'm sitting in a shack on an oil refinery in the wasteland of northern Alberta.

For me it's actually not a problem of connection speed, but when I browse forums my browser suddenly starts to take 100% CPU usage (or rather 25% on a quad core) and then hangs forever.

This issue has cropped up for me as well honestly since i started using the site a few days ago it feels sluggish....i was going to post a seperate post but as i stupidly did so without searching in the offical forums today i guess i will post and update here.
i love the site it really is great i love the format and the search features and all that and i think this is a much better site then even the offical forums BUT
it really does feel sluggish at times and i am not sure if its the servers or whatever but in my two cents i would suggest it being looked into if possible? thanks!

We're working on moving to a new host/server. The slow-down is due to certain game pages getting a lot of views and downloads. In the case that you make a post and the site times out, don't go back and repost. Instead, hit the back button, copy the post you were making and hit the refresh button. In most cases your first post went through, even though the site timed out. In the case that it didn't, you've got a copy on hand.
