I think they look nice, but they all seem a little too similar. If I was playing a game with those in it, I'd probably think you were using the same building over and over again.

I'd consider maybe adding more tiers or a bigger structure. I love the style, but consider what the buildings are for... Y'know? Like what would this type of alien hospital look like? A military hanger? If you're doing more, maybe do that. Give them purpose. These all seem residential.
