So uh, I was kinda composing this time off the internet and, um

**NEW**

**NEW - APRIL THIRD **

Keep in mind that this is my first serious attempt at a soundtrack, and all advice is strongly encouraged! :V
Thanks.

And sorry, usage of these tunes is strictly forbidden as of now.
(Not like anyone'd want to but
Fragile strong determination is repeated.

They are cute, it sounds very nostalgic :3 Taking out the random music box part of FrStrDet, nothing is bad, I don't know if you add the title after or made the song based in the title. If you added the title after you have very good skills perceiving moods, otherwise you are good at creating moods.

What I maybe suggest is trying to experiment? the songs are nice but they all are very simple in overall, so I would recommend you to get experience in general and not in an aspect in specific. When you experiment more and more you start to notice which are the aspects that are harder for you to make, and then you start going in more concrete areas.
I added the title later...
Hm, thanks for the tips! Overall I'm aiming for a SNES-ish feel... I do want it to sound very nostalgic! So I'm glad that I achieved that! The music box part, ehh...
I think it kinda breaks the stillness of the song but I dunno >_<
Thanks for the tips, I'll surely keep experimenting! I keep finding more and more new stuff about composition, it's so exciting!

Also, I uploaded 4 new songs to the first post! <3 ~

EDIT: I knew I had forgotten something; Regarding to the repeating, some songs do repeat in the video a bit, that's because I feel they're a tad short and i like to show that they loop, err >_<
Dunno if this is bad.
Also Fragile Strong Determination needs the loop especially bad because it has that progressive eletronica part before the loop that wouldn't make sense if it ended there, but sounds kinda cool when looped :D
Ooh! Joseph's back! Or is he...

I like them all! You're much better at it than me! of course, I have very little musical skill but seriously, it's awesome

I liked Sorcery and Goblin Empire best (or Goblin Factory, whichever one it is).
They are a bit simple, but with these tracks, I'd say it fits them quite well.
...Yep. OK Joseph, your avatar is starting to creep me out...

Edit: Also, why's it called "Provolone"?
This all sounds a little... cheesy.

Just kidding. I am going to actually listen to these now.
FrStrDet at the second 40 something that sounds like a music box (maybe that isn't the word and I am translating to literal from spanish) sounds off, and it is very random.

I would give more advice but how is that you compose, what is the thing you do first, what goes next, like in steps, how you do the songs?

Aye was eating provolone (a type of cheese that I don't know if it's called Provolone outside brazil xD) then I had the idea far this gam. So PROVOLONE
also, it sounds a little cool.

>__<

Also soon enough I'll post more (way better) songs I've composed.

I'm beginning to hate FrStrDet, sounds dull... I may remake it later xD

Generally I sit in front of my keyboard and try to play something or to build chords... Or sometimes I randomly mash it. When something sounds good I build upon it, then I transcribe it to Midi Maker and work upon it... My newer ones are much more complex, though... Or less simplistic. Still simplistic, just less simplistic haha xD
Well, that's more or less what I though, although have to say you know how to move through chords and melody and that is something very good, but many of them really sounds like a quick improvisation to me, just put this and this and this and let's see what dish we made (of course more elaborated but I hope you get the point)

For example, I don't like bringing to much touhou examples but I guess in this case it's my favorite in this case, (just 2 melodies, one of them is just a 6 notes melody, and 1 instrument for 6 minutes and it sounds amazing)

Of course this is another level, but what I mean is that you can do so many things just with one melody, using the harmony, the speed, the rythm etc. you can change the atmosphere in almost every way. In almost all of your songs the melody isn't very clear, but with beautiful smile and FrStDet you have something with potential that you could exploit in a surprising way, and with more experience the more you can. What happens to many musicians including myself in the present is that we have fear to just have one melody, we want to have the chorus, then the second chorus and all that stuff cause we want variety but we forgot many times of getting the best of the melodies we already have. Of course in those 2 songs you have you only have only 1 melody and that is quite limited :3. But I think you need to work more on your melodies, to make them memorable, not just random and to experiment with them to see what you can achieve, so working on FrStDet and BeaSmi is something I would highly recommend you :)
Edit: Damn, just notice it was a double post
I'm too tired to write an extensive reply now but here, more songs
I'll listen to this later
And i think I improved in making the melodies interesting! C=
