I just submitted my game on this website but there wasn't any option to upload the game. So ho do I upload it here?

You just submitted a gamepage? It needs to be accepted by site staff before a download is added. If the gamepage has all the necessary components, I figure is takes about two or three days, though it does largely depend on how busy the staff is.
