HELLO TO ALL... LETS MAKE SOME GAMES!

Hey everyone

My name's Mark. I'm really stoked to have found this place. If you feel like friending me, no problem, I'm looking for like minded people.

Here's some background info on me... I love video games, sushi, Godzilla, am in a band and perform hip hop, buy and sell video games, I am a concert/events promoter, and am always up for talking to whomever wishes to. I own about 1500 games in my personal collection.

My favorite video game of all time is LUNAR The Silver Star Story foe Sega CD.


I always wanted to make video games, and I see that I'm more of a concept artist & concept writer. I have done sprite work before, but best at hand drawn graphics. I am also a musician and can easily make music if needed.

I am looking to get a team of people who want to bring a lot of ideas to life. I am down to work on YOUR ideas as well, and also work on mine. I want to create games that are not JUST RPGs as well (puzzle, action, vertical/side scrolling shooters, AMV, etc). If you're interested, get in touch!


As for any games I'm looking to do, I have a few things I'm going to try and do myself for the moment.

1 is an RPG that will go with the release of my CD that when you purchase the CD you will be able to download it. It's a total just off the wall, non-serious turn based styled RPG, that 1 is called Emcee M.D. vs The OMNIPITRON. It's basically about my "alter ego" Emcee M.D. saving everyone from The Omnipitron, a machine created by the "Big 5" who are trying to enslave everyone by horrid music, while in the meantime keep profits rolling in. You'll have to battle around the Western NY area, in malls, graveyards, parks, music venues, and even get sucked into an RPG within the game itself called VIOLENT FANTASY, all the while searching for components of disrupting The OMNIPITRON. It won't be easy though, The "Big 5" have minions and plenty of them, from underlings like berserk hip hop break-dancers, to animated corpses, hypnotized animals, and jukeboxes with razor sharp fangs, to their horrid minions/bigger baddies Lady Gaga, Justin Beiber, Ke$sha, 3OH!3, etc. ...this game will just be taken for what it is... a fun, ridiculous RPG. The art will be 8 to 16 bit for sure.

The other RPG is going to be more of a BETA in which he real concept is way to much money, memory, and etc for anyone to even afford, but at least the idea can go in motion. All the characters will be hand drawn, and there will be 40 playable characters. There is no name for this game, but I might be able to show some things off soon with this one (character shots and etc). This game I will DEFINITELY in the future need a team of people for.

I haven't been on this in a super long time and my apologies. This probably is my 2nd post. and it sucks that it is. For those who commented, AWESOME.

I have had some craziness that was in my life that hindered some progress of mine. I have however done a lot to get things underway for stuff I'm doing. I will get things moving more soon so you can get screen shots and you can see what is what. I have a video actually on youtube with some character sketches.
