These topics go on and on. Do you have to get permission to make them? PM Kentona maybe? I think I know of a topic that would be a good "canidate" for this. I'm worried about releasing it though for the fear of it being stolen.

I assume that the topics at the top are "stickied" which means they're stuck there forever because they contain particularly important information or are awesome enough to never be forgotten about. So things like rules and helpful guides get put there.
