QUESTION ABOUT VX/ACE

Was thinking about porting my game to VX/ace or developing the sequel(if i decide to do one) on VX/ace. Now my question is my game is using a ABS battle system, is that easier to implement in VX/ace then in rm2k3? I haven't really had the chance to mess with either of them yet and was just wondering this and wanted some peoples opinions on it. I know you can write scripts, i am not much of a scripter, but i am sure i can learn or if i have base ABS script to look at and see how its done i can work off of that.

Well just wanted some peoples opinions/thoughts...thanks!
ABS systems are definitely easier to implement in RPG Maker VXA due to scripting, all you need to do is search google, I'm sure SOMEONE has come up with an ABS. Though I'm pretty sure it'd take a heavy dose of your own hand to configure with the script, for things like magic and stuff.

I'm also planning on porting my 2k3 project to Ace. It's just a matter of sufficient "floating world" tileset resources I'm having trouble editing / finding.

Just think, with your project in Ace, there'll be way more possibilities than 2003. (Not to discern you from the maker or anything.)
@Essenceblade; Yea i know, rm2k3 isn't bad. just what i am doing and want to do is tedious in rm2k3. But one of my biggest concerns is porting over the charsets and chipsets i already edited to my liking. But I dont know we will see, as I have a big chunk of the system done. i will take a look at ACE trial tonight after work and see what i can find for ABS scripts.

Does anyone know if xp scripts can be used in ACE? think the one abs script i found and i liked was XAS.
XAS ABS
The Legend of Ace uses one by... somebody whose name I forgot. Ask Avvy for the link to his website and you can check out LoA as a full game demo of how the script rolls.
