MY INDIE FILM

Hello there,

For anyone that may be interested, or would have the time to watch a feature length film, I am posting it here:

http://vimeo.com/astralojia/astralojiamovie1

The full film is 1 hour and 48 minutes long, and experiments with a new method of storytelling I call a FilmComic. Over the years, I've used whatever the heck I had lying around (in this case just photoshop and movie maker).

Everyone that has watched it through has enjoyed it so far. If you don't like it, just skip it (please don't write a thousand page critique).

The film is for fans of typical Shounen Jump manga like DBZ, Naruto and Bleach.

I think its wonderful that you stuck to it and finished this by yourself. It shows a huge amount of dedication.
@treeghost: Stop it, you're gonna drive up the hits, lol x__x

@Blitzen: Thanks.

I'm not asking that anyone watch it if they really don't have the time, or if they see it and are like "huh...well this is crap. x__x"

When I started it I was just starting drawing, and that was 4 years ago (actually I started drawing 6 years ago...but I don't consider what came out to be drawing). It's also speed drawn, which I thought was a feat, but when I see that one topic here that wasn't created long ago (the speed drawing challenge one) it starts to make me feel worthless lol.
Interesting.

I expected it to be total crap and it was mildly entertaining. The intro was kinda lame so I skipped it and watched a few minutes after that. The visuals are crude, which is fine because you say it's speed drawn, but do a decent job at visualizing the scene. The voice acting is kinda bad u.u but it's better than reading. The music was nice.

Overall, it has a high quality feel to it even though some parts are crude. I can't imagine ever watching the whole thing cause it really did seem like a certain ninja story rip-off xD Plus I have tons of anime and star trek to watch~

Good job, though.
