So if my game uses resources from the samurai pack, am I allowed to distribute the game with the resources, or no?

If you bought it, you should be able to use it for your games.

I did, I saw someone else get in trouble for posting resources that were edited from the samurai pack though so i didn't know what the rules were.

You can edit etc. But you aren't allowed to post it as a public resource. Use it for your game and if the people hacked through it and grabbed it, that's not your fault <_<
