The best biscuits ever devised.
2 cups of flour
1 cup whole milk
1 stick of butter
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. honey
I actually don't measure except for the flour and milk (because that's important to get the right consistency, and usually it ends up a little too gooey so I add flour by sprinkling it on while rolling (by hand, not rolling pin). I don't even use the baking powder (and you really don't need it because it's just there to stop clumping, which isn't hard to deal with in a recipe this simple.))
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Soften butter. Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl until thoroughly mixed. Divide the dough into 1/2 cup balls (6 total) and drop on a baking sheet. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
These biscuits are literally as easy to make as grilled cheese sandwiches or scrambled eggs. Seriously, less than two minutes prep.

You're welcome!
(I want to cook again! That's a good sign! I haven't wanted to cook in ages. I must have been sick for a lot longer than I thought, and I keep saying that...)

I eat bread while drinking to soak up alcohol, so I'll be putting this little recipe somewhere.
I also like to cook when I'm drinking because I usually somehow do it better.
