I felt a great disturbance in the Force, as if millions of voices suddenly cried out in terror and were suddenly silenced...

Okay, I decided on a new title (it's not a smut game) and an solid direction. It's good because I have around 7 years of custom resources to utilize and most of the gameplay mechanics are already in place. All I have left is to tweak the combat system, add some more custom enemies and then I can actually start crunching down on the main game.

Sorry for the short blog, I'll get round to editing more details later on.

What was this game called before? I just can't remember its previous identity xD.

Is the game going to include sex scenes, or maybe references to the main character's promiscuity? (dat gurl lieks touchin stranjor butts). Mmmmmm toasty (?).

It was formally called Cover Your Eyes as of this morning. I changed it because of paranoia that when (if?) the game was released, negative reviews would make funny puns out of it. Plus the name sounds very similar to this game... Gotta avoid that confusion :<

I didn't really think about having 16bit sex scenes but there would definitely be references to the players in game husband and maybe the antagonist as well.

But... I subbed because your old logo was awesome.

The game's still about shooting monsters, right? It's not suddenly about lolis wearing bandeaus and micro shorts right?

The game is practically the same before. Same mechanics, e,g ammo collocting, puzzles and monster shooting. Only real difference is the story, where in the previous version was pretty much nonexistent. Tbf I miss the old logo as well but I'll probably redesign the new one at some point and make it more weird.

OK, then, because I was really surprised to find I was subscribed to this when going through my notices and first saw the new title. Not sure about this new one, but you're right that the old name sounded way too similar to an already well-established game.
