Ok, for those of you who have had difficulty getting MoS to load (in any act) you may want to pay attention to the following.
Once you download the game, when you click on the icon to play the game may be closing out on you. Or perhaps not opening at all. This is because you do not have the RTP (run time package) for the game installed on your computer. To install this package, and play the game, simply double click on the "setup" icon in the game's folder. This will bring you through the installation of the RTP. However, it may be in japanese (or some other language) If this happens, I'm sorry. The only thing you can do is keep clicking the next (N) button until you are through the download.

What do I need to download to play MoS ???

Do I hit the Gray button or do I have to download Act III and the Act III patch ??
OR do I have to download all the Acts ???

Sorry, I'm a bit of a non-nerd when it comes to computers :)
