Quick FAQ

1) How do I beat Rowdain?
Rowdain is a solo fight. If you chose male in the beginning, Tyranos will fight. Female, Krysta will fight. He's no pushover by any means. You first see him slowly coming after you in the Venom Depths, and I suggest bypassing him at first unless you are extremely prepared.
He uses very powerful holy-based abilities, so the Amulet of Sanctuary is a must, since it has holy defense. He also casts a buff on himself, Holy Might, which doubles his stats, so you NEED a form of Dispel. The Balmung, a two-handed sword near the end of the Venom Depths has a dispel effect upon hit. Both Tyranos and Krysta can learn Moonlight Blade, which is very effective against Rowdain.
2) I got four Nexus Key shards, where is the 5th?!
If you've beaten Shinryu, completed the Tower of Amastria, beaten Disgrace, and beaten Gluttony, a new Alliance Base will pop up south of Jindark on the world map. That's the way to the Venom Depths, the final dungeon in the game.
3) The Venom Depths optional part is too hard! Whaaaa!!!
It's supposed to be hard. Most people who stock up well (99 food and 99 water) and act smartly can get to the bottom of this hellish dungeon, where amazing loot awaits.
4) ISHUTAL HEALS 9999 HP EVERY TURN WTF?! How do I beat Ishutal?! Harmonica u suk!
Ishutal will be impossible to beat unless you equip the Sword of Light, and use it on her central body component once with a regular attack. It says that in the quest text btw.
She's still really difficult, though. (Her) Left arm has a constant "reflect" which prohibits you from using all-hitting attacks. Pump up your best melee attacker and kill that arm with normal attacks, all while weathering her devastating moves, such as Void.
Once the reflect arm is dead, you can use your more powerful magic. Just don't kill both arms, or Ishutal will heal them back and kick your ass. You can either kill the reflect/heal arm, or (her) right arm, which should be hitting you with insanely powerful physical attacks.
Buffs and debuffs are extremely important. Buff yourself to hell and whittle down the central body. Just be careful, the longer the fight goes, the stronger your favorite pink-haired giantess gets.
5) What are these useless "seals" I keep finding?
Those are to upgrade the Sword of Light. Part of a long quest chain. If you actually get far enough to find all three, email me or something, it's extremely rare.
6) I can only get 13 out of 15 in the Siege of Favorian! HLEP!!!
It's a bug. Sorry. 13 is the max, good work!

Screw you man I redid the Seige questions like 10 times and took notes and made a chart and just did NOT understand why I only got 13.
